Helping Solve Disputes
When inspecting work completed which is in dispute, We have regard to British Standards, Building Regulation and other Statutory Regulations, and relevant trade body or manufacturers' guidelines and recommendations against the background of the original contract and to any subsequent instructions. We provide a report and recommend how defective work, if any, can be made good to achieve agreement between client and contractor. This service benefits and is used by either or both parties to resolve a dispute. Where agreement cannot be achieved, we provide Expert Witness Statements to help the Courts in the resolution of disputes where legal action is taken. |
