Independent advice
on rental and freehold values

Valuations are based upon inspection and measurement of the property, and carried out in accordance with the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Manual (The Red Book).

Estimates of Reinstatement Costs for insurance purposes are usually calculated based upon a brief inspection and measurement of the property, and statistical cost information published by the Building Cost Information Service.

The Building Surveyor's expertise in making adjustments for the standard of fitting out, age, materials and status of a building is essential.
