Project 2: Roof Space Conversion |

October 2001 I spotted the potential to develop this property when preparing a Schedule of Dilapidations for the clients years ago. As you can see, repairs funded by the dilapidations settlement are well under way, with the business on the ground and first floor still operating and paying rent. The old three bedroom flat is being converted to provide six large bed sitting rooms with shared kitchen/living room and bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a cupboard door leading to a passage into the turret from where there are spectacular fourth floor views over the city centre.
