Philip has a reputation for providing sensible and straightforward advice on building and construction issues and a service tailored to meet the specific needs of the client wherever it’s required. His core clients use him as one of their trusted key advisors.
He provides a range of services within the scope of building surveying expertise, and has a range of regular clients that include a national charity, hotel, pub and wedding venue operators, and nursery and care home developers, corporate funders and regional and national companies. He’s as happy working for private individuals or small companies on a one-off basis, or providing consultancy services to other property professionals.
With over 40 years’ experience in the construction and property industries, including early stints in commercial property management and building control, Philip has been a member of the regulatory body the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for almost 30 years.
Phil is based in Petersfield in Hampshire but covers the whole of the UK, with a significant number of instructions around London, recent projects in Bristol, Exeter, Cambridge, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, and frequent trips for acquisition surveys everywhere, many of them in Scotland.
